This trip was combined with visit of Georgioupouli Beach
After, we drove to lake Kournas where we spent time on the waterpedalo- boat.

Here we spent some time on a sunday the 4th of March 2018.
It has beautiful surroundings near Omalos, we had the oppurtunity seeing hundreds of different tropical and inherent plants.

ORGANISED EXCURSION - Amazing Elephant Cave Dive

It was a SCUBA -dive after a long brake since october 2017, but an incredible dive!
I totally loved it.

VISITING --- Caves of Plaka and Salt Planes

Caves of Plaka

Around Plaka there are 'hidden' treasures, some ancient caves near the seaside in the cliffs.
Only locals know  where to find them...

In the summer they are recommended because of a refreshing breeze etc. ...
Possibly if you like the wildlife .you can create here  a hidden camping spot ...

     Don't think about huge salt winning systems like in Islands of the Canarians ...

But the method is used for small  - scale salt harvest ...
